Thank you, Jennie. Most of the time these animals are quiet and peaceful. It’s only when they are injured they become aggressive.

Did you see the recent video of the tourist getting hit by a bison at Yellowstone? Your poem captures the event perfectly!

Hi Jim, we did get quite close for these pictures. I didn’t read this incident in Yellowstone but tourists frequently do silly things that alarm animals in national parks. It happens here too 💛

the video from Yellowstone, while it’s a shame that it happened, is also quite humorous – a grandfather flying into the air after being rammed by a bison!
