This is the final Thursday Doors prompt of the year. Dan suggested a prompt of favourite doors of the year, but I am going to share some fabulous Tokyo store front scenes. The location of these pictures is Ginza in Tokyo.

I have a schedule post going out on Christmas Day for In Touch with Nature. If you are interested in the amazing snow monkeys I saw in Japan, this post is decorated to them.
I am still on reduced blogging until 7 January as we are going to the bush on 31 December and my sister and her family are arriving from Cape Town on Monday – so exciting!
terrific photos Robbie esp the Dior store front; I love unicorns; ahh you’re still in Japan; looking forward to the snow monkey post 🙂

Beautiful storefronts indeed, Robbie. I like the colourful dog in the Komehyo window and the Dior door. Also the use of flowers.
I’m looking forward to the snow monkeys.

I loved this post Robbie I found it especially beautiful because I used to be a windowdresser myself .

Those curtains are rather strange, Robbie. My favourite window is the Tiffany. Exciting times for you, and for me- I’m off to the UK today. Have a wonderful festive season!

Thank you, Darlene. We don’t have elaborate buildings like this here. Our shopping centres are just large buildings with shops inside.quite plain by comparison. Merry Christmas to you too.

Thanks for sharing doors and store fronts (that was the CFFC prompt this week) from your journey, Robbie. You pack so much into your holidays, you must go back to work to rest up 😉
If we don’t connect, I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year ahead.

Hi Dan, that’s great. We don’t have store fronts like this in SA so they are novel for me. We do like to make good use of our time while away. Happy holidays, Dan 💝🎄

We didn’t drink much in Japan. Only tried saki one lunch time. I didn’t like it. Japanese whiskey has become so popular it was completely sold out.

HI Donna, that is really amazing. I didn’t see many tourists in Tokyo but it is fairly easy to use the underground once you have the hang of it. It is cheap too. We had the most splendid time.
