Excellent. I wondered how you were going to do this, but you did it on your computer?

I do the YouTube recordings on my iphone or ipad and post them to my Youtube channel. It is really easy to do, although I often have to do the recordings a few times over because I made mistakes or hesitate for to long. Creating a Youtube channel is also easy and its free.

I’ve done that part, just not the recording bit. I’ll have to give that a try. ❤️

A great reading, Robbie. I must confess that I always imagined you as having an English accent. However, having been brought up in South Africa, you do, quite naturally have a South African one!

I love her accent, too, Kevin. I think it makes Robbie’s readings more interesting.

Thank you, Kaye. My husband asked me yesterday if my follows can understand my accent. I told him that you seemed to managed okay. I try to speak slower when I read, which doesn’t come naturally to me. Doing anything slowly is foreign to me [smile].

Hi Kevin, I have an English speaking South African accent. With 11 official languages and a large number of African immigrants, there are a lot of accents here.

Poetry allows us to explore the most profound emotions. A wonderful recitation, Robbie, that challenges us to look deeply into our understanding of what happiness is – even though at times the clarity is not there. I think the idea of anthology is brilliant.

Thank you, Rebecca. The credit for the idea goes to Kaye who is very innovative and works hard to promote other authors. I feel really blessed to be part of such an amazing community. I am glad you liked this poem. My poems are always about series topics, but then so is most of my prose.

Thank you, Jim. I think happiness is individual and also depends on circumstances. If you are starving, happiness is food, even if it is basic. If you lonely, happiness is attention.

great points, Robbie. Happiness is a relative concept; relative to an individual’s circumstances and those around him or her…

Each of us has to define happiness for ourselves. Especially those of us who are labeled ‘super sensitive’.
We feel so much for others that often we forge ahead with less as we are bombarded by more.
Continued success with this venture!

Hi Jules, I do agree with you. It is not easy for sensitive souls to manage all the negativity and other upsetting emotions in life.

Which is why it is good to have different circles to mingle in – especially those who are similar and supportive 😉
